GENERAL INFORMATION
This online store (“Service”), Revo Gadget, operates on a dropshipping model: products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, primarily located in countries such as China and Vietnam. By accessing and using this Service, and placing an order, you agree in full to these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Description: The Seller is the entity responsible for managing the online store and customer service but does not warehouse or ship products directly. Orders are fulfilled by external suppliers.

PRODUCTS, PRICING AND TAXES
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, shipping fees, and product availability at any time without notice. Product images and descriptions are illustrative only and may vary slightly due to supplier practices or production differences.
All prices listed on the website are exclusive of any taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Taxes are not included in the product price. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable value-added taxes (VAT), customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by their country upon delivery. These fees are determined and collected by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not controlled or charged by the Seller.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times vary by destination and product. Average delivery time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, as products are shipped from overseas third-party suppliers. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You may request a cancellation or return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Returns are sent directly to the supplier, typically outside your country. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In certain cases (e.g., low-value products), we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring a physical return. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photo or video evidence. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or cancellation at our discretion.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Buyers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute while the order is in transit or before contacting our support team may result in denial of any refund or further service.
We retain order and communication records to assist in any resolution process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or property. The Seller is not responsible for personal injury, fire, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of any product.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that all purchased products comply with local safety regulations and are legally permitted in their country. Use of the product is entirely at the buyer's risk.
PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
Products must be used only as intended and according to manufacturer instructions. The Seller disclaims any liability for misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to applicable law or regulation. You agree not to hold the Seller responsible for any injury or damage resulting from such misuse.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER
The Seller is not the manufacturer of the products sold in this store. All products are sourced from third-party suppliers. The Seller does not knowingly offer products that infringe on any intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or design protections.
If you believe that any product offered on this website violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation. We will review the claim in good faith and, if necessary, take appropriate action, including removing the product from sale.
