This Return & Refund Policy describes your rights and obligations when returning products purchased from Revo Gadget, as well as the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be offered. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms described below.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or handling fees associated with the return.
Global Returns Policy
Customers outside the EU may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All return shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our customer support at contact.revogadget@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Because we operate on a dropshipping model, products must be returned directly to the original supplier, typically located outside your country (e.g., in China or Vietnam). We will provide the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
Return Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees charged when the item re-enters the supplier’s country. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• A replacement at no additional cost
• A partial refund
• A full refund
• Cancellation of the purchase
In some cases, especially for low-cost items, we may issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring the product to be returned.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
• Items returned in used, damaged, or non-resalable condition
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Perishable goods or personal care items
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale, where clearly stated at checkout
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds cover only the price of the product. Original shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
